Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your Colissimo tracking number, which will allow you to follow your package's journey and know the delivery date.

Can I modify or cancel my order at any time?

You can cancel or modify your order as long as it has not yet been processed. To do so, please contact our customer support by phone or email as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed by our team, it can no longer be modified or canceled. We therefore encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming it.

I did not receive a confirmation of my order, is that normal?
